All parent accounts on ManageBac are automatically added to the IB Parents Association. (Please note you can customize the name of this group under Overview > Edit Group Settings.)

To send a message to all parents, click on the Messages tab. We also support sending messages to a specific grade or programme, e.g. if you wanted to send a message to your Grade 9 Parents only.

To decrease paperwork and centralize records, ManageBac schools will use this feature to  post weekly newsletters or send home reminders. Administrators can attach multiple files to a note, making this a quick and easy way to alert parents to new school documents or to share photographs.
