Bulk Setup Class Lesson Periods: For schools using ManageBac to track attendance, lesson periods can now be bulk imported via Classes > More Options > Import Timetable.
- Customer Satisfaction Feedback: Click on Submit Feedback on the bottom right-hand corner of any ManageBac page within your account.
OpenApply > ManageBac Synchronisation
Preparing for the new academic year:
- For schools using both OpenApply and ManageBac, you will notice that your newly enrolled applicants from OpenApply for the 2015-2016 academic year have not been created on ManageBac as yet. This is to avoid mixing the year groups of your current students (e.g. current Grade 11 students moving to Grade 12 in the 2015-2016 academic year) with your newly enrolled students (e.g. new Grade 11 students in the 2015-2016 academic year).
- To bulk create the new academic year’s students on ManageBac, you must first transition your current year groups (tutorials available here DP & MYP, and PYP). Thereafter, via IB Manager > Transition Years, on the right navigation panel click on Batch Enroll for 2015-2016.
*Please note: Once Batch Enroll is complete, this does not need to be repeated for the same academic year. Any enrolled students from OpenApply for the same academic year (or earlier) will automatically be created on ManageBac.
