- Personal codes are updated in real-time as the students are registered.
- Candidate session numbers are automatically updated in January.
- PIN codes are not updated on ManageBac. (New this year)
PIN codes were updated automatically last year, but this year coordinators will need to update PINs in bulk on the system via the Plans tab > Update IBIS Personal Codes. Once updated, students will see their individual PINs via their Plans worksheets.
