“For Office Use Only” Option for Entire Supplementary Form

This week, we added an option at the top of each Supplementary Form to make the entire form For Office Use Only

Forms marked as For Office Use Only can be placed on a checklist for use by administrators but will not be visible to applicants on their checklists.
